I must tell you about my wonderful experience with MacMedics, namely Dana Stibolt. It was Memorial Day weekend (Friday), and one of our Macs at THE LAND of KUSH vegan restaurant in Baltimore went haywire. The software wouldn’t launch. We kept seeing a spinning circle but no progress. After running a hard drive diagnostic and determining that there was possibly something wrong with the drive, we debated between going to the Apple store and purchasing a new one or seeking out other alternatives. Then, we recalled one of our customers, Dana Stibolt, from MacMedics, so we contacted him for some direction. The million-dollar question…”Is your data worth $200?” The answer is “YES!” Dana came out the same day to diagnose the problem. The hard drive needed to be replaced, but most importantly, HE SAVED OUR DATA!!!!! Everything was back to normal by Tuesday afternoon! Thanks a million, Dana!!!

I’ve had my 17″ MacBook Pro for close to 9 years. As of 12/2/19, this will be my third time working with Mac Medics on different issues. On this visit, it was diagnosed as dead. I got a replacement, ready to go, within three hours. They’re easy to work with, have reasonable prices, and service is quick—I especially like working with Dana.
